EAFC AGM & Executive Committee Elections – 4pm at the Pint off Whyte
The first order of business of the evening will be the AGM at 4pm in the back room of the Pint off Whyte (8032 104 Street NW). It will be an opportunity for all club members to hear about the season that was, ask questions, and vote in the new 2017 EAFC executive committee.

The past season was the first year where we ran with a new operating model for the executive committee. We have a few open positions and anyone is encouraged to nominate (or self-nominate yourself) for any positions you are interested in.

I have attached the Bylaws which outline each position and clearly define the roles and responsibility of each member to help out (see Page 5-7). The positions are:

e) Treasurer
f) Game Day Coordinators (2), Men’s and Women’s
g) Travel Logistics Directors (2), Men’s and Women’s

k) Social Director
l) Fundraising Director
m) Umpire Coordinator
n) Director-at-Large

12 Pints of Chistmas – Pint off Whyte
After the AGM, we’ll be drawing teams for the 12 Pints of Christmas! It’s a random evening with Christmas-themed challenges, so make sure you wear your ugliest Christmas sweater! Join us for a walking pub crawl down Whyte Ave with challenges and prizes. We’ll be starting at the Pint off Whyte after the AGM and heading out to another pub on Whyte Avenue. We’ll have a team check-in at 7pm at the Buckingham (10439 82 Ave NW) with another challenge before heading off to another pub on Whyte before ending at Beercade at 9pm (10544 82 Ave NW). You don’t want to miss this! Tickets will be handed out at the AGM and friends are more than welcome to attend the festivities!
